Banana Cake

Banana Cake

The sweetest way to use ripe bananas you and not to fly. Converts easily into this delicious cake.

Ingredients:

1 cup chopped walnuts
1 1/2 cup mashed bananas
2 1/4 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter
3 eggs
3 cups flour, all-purpose
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
the 1st 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons milk

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 180 C. Chop the nuts in a blender. Cut the bananas into pieces and purée in a blender.Mix the butter with the sugar, add eggs and beat until they become soft. Add the bananas. Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. The remaining ingredients are added in alternating with milk. When mixed well and add nuts. Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured mold and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Allow to cool 1 hour before xeformaroume.

Tips
The sugar may be more than you need? Applies when the bananas are ripe, may be too sweet, so I only put half the amount. Soda may be replaced by baking powder.
