1 tsp. baking powder
180 g. whole milk + 1 ½ tsp. extra soup, lukewarm
30g. cocoa powder
Beat in the mixer with the wire (or in a bowl with a hand mixer) the butter with the sugar until fluffy. Add one by one the eggs, beating. Sift the flour together with the baking powder and add to mixture, stirring with a spatula.
