Cassoulet with Chicken and Orange

The cassoulet is one of our most favorite French recipes that from the hands of Chef Tsanaklidis looks even better.

Ingredients:

chicken cut into serving pieces
3 oranges
3 fennel
3 onions
300 g. green olives
Olive oil
1 pot. white wine
juice of 2 oranges
Salt and pepper

Instructions:
