1 chicken cut into serving pieces
300 g. green olives
1 pot. white wine
juice of 2 oranges
Salt and pepper
In large saucepan, saute chicken in olive oil until golden brown on all sides.
Remove from pan and set aside.
In a pot, add olive oil, place them inside the chicken pieces and cover with slices of orange.
Pour also sliced onion, fennel into slices, olives, wine, salt and pepper.
Cover the pot and bake at 180 degrees for two hours.
