160 g. butter at
180 g. sugar
160 g. almond white powder
4 eggs (preferably organic)
½ tsp. of baking powder
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, withdraw and add butter.
Stir until the butter is completely melted, add the sugar, eggs and amygdaloskoni.
homogenized thoroughly and finally add the flour with the baking powder.
Empty the mixture into a greased and floured pan tall diameter 20-22 cm and bake in preheated oven at 170 for 20-25 minutes.
If needed, bake a little longer. The cake should be slightly damp inside. Allow to cool and glasaroume.
