Ingredients:

1 cup white wine
salt and pepper

Instructions:

 

1. In a pan heat the oil and saute the rooster.

Three. Add the tomato paste, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaf and salt and pepper,

4. Allow to cook and after half an hour, add the onions.

5. Continue baking for another half hour and add the potatoes.

In about an hour the food is ready. Srervirete with thick macaroni

Tips
If you can find organic cockerel, go for it!
