Minced meat spaghetti Bolognese

This recipe for spaghetti bolognese meat is so complete that ensures success! We fairnei flavors children since mothers and grandmothers spent countless hours in the kitchen.


1 kg minced meat without fat
2 medium onions, chopped 1 green onion
1 can chopped tomatoes and a little tomato sauce
2 tablespoons NOMATE paste
1 cube beef broth
parsley chopped
Olive Oil


1. In a deep skillet over medium-high heat saute onions and add just xanthynoun minced.

Two. Saute until browned pretty much minced.

Three. Then, after almost minced meat is cooked, add the tomato paste, a can of chopped tomatoes, a little tomato sauce, salt, pepper and a cube of beef broth and let it boil on medium heat.

4. Do not put any water, we minced meat is roasted and not boiled. At the end and add olive oil and mix.

For a richer flavor, mix 500g minced pork neck with 500 g veal. During the summer months, when we have red tomatoes with intense flavor replace the canned chopped fresh tomatoes.
