Cake layers (Drum cake)


Materials for layers
7 egg yolks
7 tablespoons sugar
7 egg whites
7 tablespoons flour
butter & flour (for coating pan) Ingredients for the filling 4 eggs 150g caster sugar 1 vanilla 150g chocolate 240g butter Ingredients for the mixture 3 tablespoons sugar


Prepare the layers as follows: 7 Mix egg yolks with 4 tablespoons sugar until they become frothy. In another dish put 7 egg whites and beat them. Add 3 tablespoons sugar and continue to stir until thickened. Then pour the original dish with egg. Sift 7 tablespoons flour and add it to the mixture. Mix well with a spoon. Grease a large baking pan with butter and flour. Divide the mixture into 7 equal pieces and bake one after the other to form the layers of the cake. Prepare the filling for the cake as follows: Break 4 eggs into a bowl, add 150 g. powdered sugar, 1 vanilla and stir by holding the plate over the steam of hot water until thickened. Remove from the steam, add 150 g. chocolate, which melts when you put the hot mixture. Stir until cool. Add 240 g. butter and stir until foamy. since 7 layers, put aside the one as the other six, cover with the stuffing you have prepared. Cover 6 layers that you have prepared with unmet layer, which must then cover them with a special blend. This mixture is as follows: carefully Melt 3 tablespoons sugar in a small saucepan without water until xanthynei. Pour the melted sugar on the top layer and spread it with a knife across the surface. With another knife etch lines where you intend to cut the cake while sugar is still warm.
