 Mocha Cake

1 1/2 cups. flour self rising
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2-1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 pinch salt
1 1/2 cups. milk
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup. butter
1 1/2 cups. sugar
2 eggs
50g dark chocolate


1. Mix the flour with the other dry ingredients.

Two. Beat in mixer with sugar eggs very well.

Three. Add the butter and continue beating.

4. Put the milk and vanilla and mix.

5. Alternately add the flour and cream mixing well.

6. Grease and flour the mold and pour the dough. Bake at 180 ° C for 30-35 minutes.
