Moist lemon cake

 Moist lemon cake


3 eggs 175 g.
75g sugar.
cream 35% fat
140 g. flour 1 tsp. teaspoon baking powder
50g. melted butter
20 ml rum
zest of 1 lemon Coating 100 g. sugar juice of 1 lemon ”


1. In a bowl mix the eggs, sugar and lemon zest.
Two. Add the cream, flour, baking powder and mix.
Three. At the end, add the melted butter and rum.


4. Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured cake form, leave in the fridge for half an hour to rest


Preheat oven to 200 0 C
Bake this mixture for 7 minutes in the oven and then lower the temperature to 160 – 170 0 C for 40 minutes.

Anakatefoumeto lemon and icing sugar in a bowl.


Once out of the oven, and carefully xeformaroume chrisimopoioontas glasaroume a brush with icing and lemon.
