380 gr. cow butter at room temperature
50 g. brown sugar
390 g. flour
1 tsp. teaspoon baking powder
250 g. blue cheese cut into small pieces
100 g. milk
3 pears cooked compote, cut into cubes
Mix the butter, sugar and eggs.
Add the flour with the baking powder, milk and finally the blue cheese with pears.
Pour the mixture into a hoop 20 to 22 cm diameter and bake in preheated oven at 170 the C for 50 minutes.
