Cabbage

cabbage, minced meat, aromatic

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef once ground
7 eggs
2 lemons
salt and pepper

Instructions:

1. Knead the minced 2 whole eggs, rice, a little olive oil, dill, 1 onion and a little water and mold 34-35 round pieces.
Two. deep and large pot boil water with salt. Cut the back of each cabbage. After a while the leaves begin to open. We take each leaf and roll the cabbage leaves one by one.
Three. In another pot lay on the bottom carrots and chopped onion, celery and middle leaves of cabbage, which are small and do not wrap. Above them lay the cabbage and pour water. Boil for 1 hour.
4. Shortly before stopping eating, whisk 5 egg yolks and a little water. Add a little juice from the food, the lemon juice and cornstarch. Deglaze the food and pour avgolemono. Using only the egg yolks avoid the chance to cut the sauce.
