2 chicken breasts steamed cut in strips
350 gr. rottini
200 gr. cherry tomatoes cut in half
100 gr. bocconcini cut in half
2-3 tbs. pesto sauce
5 tbsp. olive oil
half a handfull of basil leaves torn in pieces
salt and freshly ground pepper
In a large bowl, mix chicken, olive oil, pesto, salt, pepper and let it marinate while making the pasta.
Boil pasta according to the instructions on the package and drain well.
Mix well pasta, cherry tomatoes, bocconcini, in the bowl with the chicken mixture. Check salt and pepper.
Serve sprinkled with basil.
